“Encountering God…” Retreat Weekends for 18-35 year olds.
We all need to give meaning to life. That’s a simple fact! In scripture we hear echoes of our own struggles, hopes and desires. In these ancient stories we can discover and hear
God speaking to us personally today! We encounter God as we listen at a level that takes us to our deepest inner spaces. This is contemplative listening that helps us discover God’s dream for each one of us personally.
This is an opportunity to:
PRAY— alone and with others.
LEARN— something more about the scriptures
LISTEN— to your deeper self, your longings and desires, and those of God for you
SHARE— with like-minded young adults
